Femi B. Adeleye is currently initiating the Institute for Christian Impact- an initiate to nurture a new generation of leaders to impact African with Kingdom values. He also serves as Associate Director (Africa) for Langham Preaching. Before this, for three years he served as the Director of Church Partnerships for World Vision International, focusing on enhancing World Vision’s partnerships with churches around the world. Prior to joining World Vision, Femi worked for 32 years with the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES), most recently as Associate Director for Partnership and Collaboration. Before that he served as Regional Secretary for English and Portuguese Speaking Africa, strengthening leadership development and cross-cultural mission within Africa and beyond. Femi is concerned with issues of how Christian witness impacts society and culture, particularly for nurturing a new generation of leaders in the African context. Femi Adeleye participates and contributes to the Great Lakes Initiative (GLI), a community of restless Christian leaders seeking to embody God’s vision of reconciliation and to inspire, form and support other leaders in the Great Lakes Region of East Africa through community, formation, and learning shaped by biblically inspired content and methodologies. Femi is an Alumni of Wheaton Graduate School, University of Edinburgh and the Akrofi-Christaller Institute of Theology, Mission and Culture in Ghana (PhD.). Femi is the author of Preachers of a Different Gospel, Let No Man Despise Your Youth and Partnering with the Global Church co-Authored with Nikki Toyama-Szeto. Married to Affy Adeleye, who also serves with IFES, they have been married for twenty-nine years, are blessed with four children and currently live in Ghana. www.cui.edu/gcs
